Article 1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of content and services provided on haea.app (the “Site”), operated by HAEA (the “Company”).

Article 2. Services

• Sales of digital content: PDF white papers, eBooks, and analytical reports.
• Email newsletters and marketing communications.
• Bookings for paid cohorts and one-to-one consulting.

Article 3. Member obligations

• You must provide accurate information about yourself.
• You may not reproduce, share, or resell purchased digital content without authorization.
• The Company may restrict access to services in the event of a violation.

Article 4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through PortOne, including Toss, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, and credit cards. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Article 5. Copyright

Copyright in all content on the Site belongs to HAEA or the cited original rights holder. Unauthorized redistribution or quotation of part or all of a purchased PDF may result in legal liability under Article 136 of the Korean Copyright Act.

Article 6. Dispute resolution

The court with jurisdiction over the Company’s location will be the court of first instance for disputes relating to these terms. Matters not addressed here are governed by applicable legislation, including Korea’s electronic commerce and regulation of terms and conditions laws.
